A positive reconsideration did not immediately produce a visa. A separate later matter then involved the withdrawal of sponsor support.

Ms. A.’s record contains two distinct stages. An entry-clearance refusal was overturned and her passport requested, but further action followed when issuance was delayed. A later residence-card matter involved a sponsor who withdrew support. The evidence for the two outcomes differs.
The 2018–2019 entry-clearance file records a refusal challenge and the refusal being overturned on 7 January 2019. The passport was requested.
When issuance did not follow, further judicial review grounds sought implementation of the undertaking and prompt handling of the family permit. The later residence-card matter was a separate case.
The first issue was securing implementation after a favourable step. The later issue concerned a change in sponsor support. Combining the two into a single unqualified success story would obscure their different facts and evidence.
The later grounds identified what had been promised after the refusal was overturned.
Further proceedings sought implementation and timely handling of the permit.
The residence-card case and sponsor withdrawal require their own account.
The success book reproduces the entry visa. For the separate residence-card matter, the register says that the client reported approval and that the supporting outcome document was missing.
The earlier visa image does not verify the later residence-card result. No claim is made here that a court ordered a particular result in that later matter.
Reversal of a refusal and issue of the document are separate steps.
Different applications can have different evidence and results.
A reported result should be distinguished from an outcome document.
Client names and identifying details have been withheld. This account is based on judicial review grounds and company records. Where the result could not be verified, that limitation is stated. Historical rules may differ from those applying today. Past results do not guarantee a future outcome.
